For purposes of clarification, naturopathic medical services are offered by Dr. Saru Bala, PLLC to individuals located in Arizona and Washington state via our HIPAA-compliant patient portal (the “Naturopathic Medical Services”).  While the Website may advertise the Naturopathic Medical Services, no Naturopathic Medical Services are provided via this Website or its Contents, Products or Services. While there is a link to the patient portal for Naturopathic Medicine Services on this Website, the patient portal is hosted on a separate server and is not part of this Website. 

We reserve our right to change these Terms & Conditions at any point in the future in our sole discretion, in which case we will update the Effective Date of the Terms & Conditions to reflect the date of the changes. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website and its Contents, Products and Services thereafter. Payment & Purchases

When you purchase any of the Contents, Products or Services from the Website, you may pay by credit or debit card through Stripe or Paypal. By doing so, you give Dr. Saru Bala, PLLC permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for payment. You will receive an electronic receipt following your purchase, which you should retain for your records.

If your payment method fails or is otherwise declined, you will be removed from, or canceled from having access to the applicable Contents, Product or Service. Please note, in the event you have already downloaded or received any portion of the Content, Product or Service and your payment method is declined at any time, you are still responsible for the full cost of your purchase.

We do not accept any chargeback threats (real or threatened). If any chargebacks are placed on a purchase, we will report said incident to the major credit reporting agencies. Doing so could have a negative impact on your credit report and/or credit score. Should we need to do so and you would like to have this report removed from your credit report, please contact us to arrange for payment owed. Once payment owed is received, we will make the appropriate reports to the credit agencies.

Dispute Resolutions and Arbitration

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to a modification of the statute of limitations such that any arbitration must be commenced within one year of the date of the act, omission, or other conduct complained of as submitted by you in e-mail or shall otherwise be forfeited forever. 

You agree that should arbitration take place, it will be held in Maricopa County, Arizona and you agree to and do hereby waive any right to class arbitration and agree, instead, to conduct an arbitration related solely to any individual claims you and/or any entity related to you asserts against Dr. Saru Bala, LLC. You further agree that to the fullest extent permissible by law, you shall be responsible for all costs associated with initiating the arbitration and for the administration of the arbitration and the prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs necessary to enforce the agreement. If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is construed to be invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms & Conditions which shall be given full force and effect.
