Do you accept insurance?

No. Due to the extensive nature of our work and involvement, we unfortunately do not work with insurance. We can, however, accept HSA & FSA.

How can I keep track of my periods?

You can use any period tracker you want! I prefer using the "Pre-mom fertility" app as it has everything in one place. But if there's an app you already use that you like using, then do that!

The main goal is to be able to track:

Start date of your period
How many days you bleed
What symptoms you had prior to and during your period
Ovulation (via cervical mucus, LH, or basal body temp)

As long as you have an app or even a piece of paper to keep track of all this information, then that's really all you will need.

What is Naturopathic medicine?
