THE PERIMENOPAUSE CLARITY EXPERIENCE

Your labs are normal. So why do you feel like this?

You’re waking up at 3 a.m. You’re gaining weight around your middle. Your periods are suddenly different. You’re exhausted, irritable, bloated and wondering when you stopped feeling like yourself.

You finally bring it up at your appointment.
And you’re told your labs look normal.

But you don’t feel normal.

If you’re tired of guessing what’s happening in your body, researching your own symptoms and leaving appointments with more questions than answers, this experience is for you.

Join Dr. Saru Bala for two live sessions designed to help you understand what’s changing during perimenopause and build a clearer plan for what to discuss and prioritize next.

Wednesday, November 18 + Monday, November 30, 2026

1:00 PM MST | 3 PM EST · Live on Zoom

JUST $20 FOR BOTH SESSIONS + BOTH REPLAYS

Two live sessions. Two replays. One more informed approach to your perimenopause health.

It’s not just the

hot flashes.

Maybe you’re in your late 30s or 40s and suddenly your body seems to be playing by a completely different set of rules.

You might be experiencing:

  • Waking up between 2 and 4 a.m. and struggling to fall back asleep.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable or unusually emotional before your period.
  • Gaining weight around your middle despite not changing how you eat.
  • Having heavier periods, shorter cycles or unpredictable bleeding.
  • Experiencing bloating that seems to come out of nowhere.
  • Forgetting words, struggling with brain fog or feeling less mentally sharp.
  • Experiencing night sweats, hot flashes or changes in libido.
  • Feeling exhausted despite doing everything you’re supposed to be doing.

And perhaps the most frustrating part?

You’re trying to get answers. You’ve changed your diet. You’ve tried supplements. You’ve researched hormones. You’ve asked about blood work.

But you’re still left wondering:

Is this perimenopause? Is something else going on? And what am I actually supposed to do about it?

You’re not alone in feeling this way.

And you don’t have to keep guessing.

You’re trying to solve individual symptoms without the bigger picture.

You mention your sleep problems. You get advice about sleep.

You mention weight gain. You’re told to eat less and exercise more.

You mention anxiety. You’re given another recommendation.

But what if these symptoms aren’t entirely separate?

Perimenopause is a transition involving changes in ovulation, progesterone, estrogen and other aspects of health. And those changes can affect much more than your menstrual cycle.

  • A single blood draw doesn’t necessarily tell the whole story.
  • A normal FSH doesn’t rule out perimenopause.
  • And not every symptom in midlife is automatically hormonal.

You need to understand the pattern, consider other possible explanations and know what information is actually useful.

That’s what we’re going to unpack together.

SESSION 1 · WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18 · 1:00 PM MST| 3 PM EST

Your Labs Are Normal. So Why Do You Feel Like This?

In this live webinar, Dr. Saru Bala will walk you through what’s actually happening during the perimenopause transition and why so many women feel like their bodies have suddenly changed.

1. What’s actually happening to your hormones?

Understand the sequence of hormonal changes during perimenopause, including why ovulation and progesterone can become less predictable before estrogen declines.

2. Why you might be experiencing symptoms earlier than you expected.

Perimenopause isn’t something that only happens in your 50s. Understand when the transition can begin and what cycle changes may tell you.

3. What commonly gets missed during healthcare appointments.

Why one blood draw may not tell the whole story, why cycle timing matters and why individual symptoms deserve appropriate investigation.

4. The symptoms you might not realize are connected.

From waking at 3 a.m. and heavy periods to brain fog, changing body composition, bloating and unexpected mood changes.

5. The labs that can actually provide useful information.

Understand the different categories of testing, when timing matters, what results can tell you and where they can be misleading.

6. What to start doing now.

Eight practical areas to begin addressing, including nutrition, protein, strength training, blood sugar, sleep and symptom tracking.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s happening and what information to start gathering.

SESSION 2 · MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30 · 1:00 PM MST | 3 PM EST

Build Your Perimenopause Brief

Understanding what’s happening is one thing. Knowing what to do with that information is another. That’s why we’re meeting again for a guided, interactive workshop.

Together, we’ll build your Perimenopause Brief: a one-page summary of your cycle patterns, symptoms, relevant health information, and questions for your next healthcare appointment.

01

Your cycle pattern

Review your recent menstrual history and identify patterns worth discussing.

02

Your symptom score

Identify your most prominent symptoms and the areas having the biggest impact on your day-to-day life.

03

Your primary and secondary pillars

Consider which areas of health deserve attention based on your individual history and symptom patterns.

04

Your lab discussion list

Organize your existing lab results and identify relevant testing questions to discuss with your healthcare provider, including when timing matters.

05

Your appointment script

Prepare questions and language to help you communicate your concerns and advocate for appropriate evaluation.

06

Your first 30-day priority

Choose one realistic place to start rather than trying to change everything at once.

The goal is to leave with a clearer picture of your health and a more productive plan for your next healthcare conversation.

This is for the woman who...

  • ✓  Is in her late 30s, 40s or 50s and wondering whether perimenopause is already happening.
  • ✓  Has noticed changes in her cycle, sleep, mood, weight or energy.
  • ✓  Has been told her labs are normal but still doesn’t feel like herself.
  • ✓  Is tired of researching every symptom and trying to interpret her own blood work.
  • ✓  Wants to understand which health markers may be relevant and what to discuss with her doctor.
  • ✓  Wants to be proactive about her health as she moves through midlife.
  • ✓  Doesn’t want another generic list of supplements and lifestyle recommendations.

You do not need a confirmed perimenopause diagnosis to attend.

You also don’t need to have every symptom on the list.

If you’re curious about what’s changing and want to approach your health with more information and direction, you’re welcome here.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Dr. Saru Bala

I’m Dr. Saru Bala, a naturopathic doctor specializing in women’s hormonal health.

My work focuses on helping women understand the connections between their menstrual cycle, metabolic health, gut health, stress physiology and overall well-being.

I created this experience because women deserve more than a quick conversation about one symptom or a portal notification telling them their blood work is normal.

I want you to understand what’s happening, what information matters and how to have more informed conversations about your health.

You don’t need to memorize every hormone or become an expert in laboratory testing.

You need to understand your own body and know where to start.

Do I need to be diagnosed with perimenopause to attend?

No. This experience is designed for women who are curious about the transition, experiencing symptoms, or wanting clarity in the changes that can occur during midlife.

What if I'm not sure whether I'm in perimenopause?

That's perfectly fine. We'll discuss cycle patterns, symptoms, and other information that can help you understand what may be happening and what deserves further evaluation.

Do I need to attend both sessions live?

We encourage you to attend live so you can participate in the guided experience. However, replays of both sessions are included.

Will I receive a list of labs to order?

Yes. You will have access to the lab testing guide. We'll also discuss relevant testing categories, timing, and questions you can take to your healthcare provider.

What if I already have blood work?

Great! Bring any relevant results from the past 6 to 12 months to the workshop.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Ideally:

  • Your last six period start dates.
  • Any relevant blood work from the past 6 to 12 months.
  • A 3 to 5 day food diary.
  • Your bedtime and wake times from the past week.

Don't worry if you don't have everything. You can still participate.

Where will the sessions take place?

Both sessions will be hosted live on Zoom. You'll receive access information after registration.

You deserve to understand what’s happening in your body.

You don’t have to keep guessing, researching every symptom or walking into appointments without knowing what questions to ask.

Let’s connect the dots.
